GIVING PATIENTS REASON FOR HOPE
For many Americans, the pain and discomfort of a digestive disorder can
be disruptive to their daily lives; for others, gastrointestinal disease
can be crippling and even fatal.
At Jupiter Medical Center, we’re reimagining the way digestive health
care is delivered so that world-class medicine, break-through diagnostic
technology, and compassionate care come together to serve patients, right
where you live and work. To fulfill our vision, we’re embarking
on a bold $300 million comprehensive campaign, including a $5 million
goal to expand our Frenchman’s Creek Center for Excellence in Digestive
Health so that we can provide care for all types of gastrointestinal conditions,
from inflammatory bowel disease and liver disorders to esophageal, pancreatic
and bile duct diseases and all forms of gastrointestinal cancers.
By investing in our region’s health and well-being, you can help
us broaden our capabilities so patients with all types of digestive conditions
achieve the best possible quality of life.
“We’re focused on providing an enhanced level of integrated
gastrointestinal care to our region by bringing together world-class medical
expertise, advanced diagnostic technology and individualized treatment
plans aimed at improving the quality of life of our patients.”

A REGIONAL DESTINATION FOR CARDIAC CARE
At Jupiter Medical Center, it has long been our goal to provide the highest-quality
diagnostic care for patients with gastrointestinal conditions. With your
help, Jupiter Medical Center is taking another leap forward in our quest
to become a regional destination for digestive health care. We’re
transforming our facilities so that we can continue to enhance our world-class,
multidisciplinary, fully integrated gastrointestinal care that unites
top-tier specialists in gastroenterology, general and thoracic surgery,
interventional and diagnostic radiology, leading-edge endoscopy, and bariatric
surgery and weight loss/nutritional expertise in one place.
This transformation includes an innovative partnership with Mount Sinai
Hospital in New York City and the recent accreditation of our Institute
for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery program by the American College
of Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
It also means enhancing our facilities with state-of-the-art diagnostic
and treatment rooms; funding advanced technology, such as a multipurpose
endoscopic ultrasound system and the SpyGlass™ DS Direct Visualization
System; and purchasing additional endoscopic equipment, to serve the growing
demand for diagnostic and therapeutic options for complicated gastrointestinal
and hepatobiliary disease in South Florida.
KEEPING OUR PULSE ON LEADING-EDGE GASTROINTESTINAL CARE
Our mission is to transform the way we diagnose and treat digestive disease
with one of the most technologically advanced care units in the region.
That is why we were the first medical center in Florida to acquire the
CONMED 3D Advanced Visualization System™, used for bariatric surgery.
With your generous support, the expansion of the Frenchman’s Creek
Center for Excellence in Digestive Health at Jupiter Medical Center will offer:
- The best gastrointestinal care anywhere. Patients will benefit from an
enhanced team of top-tier specialists with expertise in the diagnosis
and management of complex and chronic gastrointestinal diseases at Jupiter
Medical Center and through our partnership with Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.

minimally invasive surgical and nonsurgical detection tools, such as the
SpyGlass™ DS Direct Visualization System to identify blockages and
cancer of the bile ducts, endoscopic ultrasound to help stage cancer elsewhere
in the gastrointestinal system, and high-resolution endoscopy for the
diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders, while minimizing recovery time.
- State-of-the-art facilities that feature advanced endoscopy suites as well
as enhanced gastrointestinal suites that enable surgeons and endoscopists
to collaborate on multiple procedures at one time.
- A patient-centered approach to digestive health, including early detection,
minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment, disease education, dietary
counseling and other support services designed to promote healthy eating
habits and wellness in the community.
