42nd Annual Black-Tie Ball Raises Funds for Comprehensive Cancer Care

PALM BEACH, Fla. – Jupiter Medical Center Foundation returned to The Breakers on April 7, 2018, for their 42nd Annual Black-Tie Ball. The region’s top philanthropists, business icons, and Jupiter Medical Center’s biggest supporters were in attendance at this beautiful fundraising event. Meg and Dr. Robert Biscup co-chaired the event along with honorary chair Tom Quick. Shannon Cake, anchor at WPTV NewsChannel 5, served as the mistress of ceremonies.

Guests danced the night away to the tunes of the Sultans of Swing, a live band that has performed at several presidential inaugurations.

The event was a major success, raising money for the Comprehensive Cancer Program at Jupiter Medical Center. The funds raised will go toward the landmark $50 million Anderson Family Cancer Institute, and will help provide the most advanced cancer care to the region by combining clinical excellence, a growing group of fellowship-trained physicians, cutting-edge technology and integrative support services. It was announced at the gala that more than $45 million of the $50 million needed has been raised.
