5:00 - 7:00 pm Kick-off Cocktail Reception (and early registration)

Join Women’s Health Advisory Council members for a private cocktail reception with mini spa services, a taste of exclusive wines produced and provided by the Hill Family Estate and a copy of Jillian Michael's book, "Unlimited: A Three-Step Plan for Achieving Your Dreams" as we kickoff our first annual Women’s Wealth & Wellness Conference in a fun, relaxed setting. Attire is casual chic.

Day 2 - March 1

7:00 - 7:30 am Chair Yoga

Ground your mind and body with a 20-minute chair yoga session. All levels and experience welcome. (Attendees welcome to wear
their conference attire; no need for fitness attire.)

7:30 - 8:15 am Registration and Complimentary Wellness Activities (optional)

Balance Assessment (limited space available): Balance affects all aspects of one’s wellness and performance - from daily activities
to fall prevention to peak sports performance. Members of the Cary Grossman Health & Wellness Center team will give participants a brief balance and stability test - using state-of-the- art equipment - and provide a baseline assessment.

8:30- 9:30 am Welcome Breakfast

Join fellow conference participants for a delicious heart-healthy breakfast and opening remarks by wellness expert and advisory
council member Dr. Evelyn Higgins.

9:45 - 10: 45 am Managing Wellness for Women 101 or Optimizing Orthopedic Health

Session A: Managing Wellness for Women 101

“Health is more than the absence of disease.” Explore two important aspects of physical wellness - nutrition and sleep - with Dr. Evelyn Higgins. The session will feature sleep expert, Neal Nay, from the Jupiter Medical Center Sleep Center and a healthy cooking demonstration by Chef and Certified Integrative Health Coach, Robin Gatter. The session will guide participants through attainable and impactful activities for their life’s wellness journey.

Session B: Optimizing Orthopedic Health

Join shoulder expert and top orthopedic surgeon Dr. Ryan Simovitch for an interactive session on maximizing your musculoskeletal health, and preventing and treating common injuries. Dr. Simovitch will be joined by senior physical therapist Suzanne Ambrose, DPT, Dip. MDT, and Benjamin Klein, MSPT, TPI, CGFI, who will give practical solutions and demonstrations for protecting and strengthening joints.

11:00 am - 12:00 pm Stroke - What Women Need to Know or Getting Straight to the Heart

Session A: Stroke - What Women Need to Know

Stroke is the third leading cause of death for women, killing twice as many women annually as breast cancer. Join neurologist Jennifer Buczyner, MD, Medical Director of the stroke program at Jupiter Medical Center for a panel discussion on understanding the risk factors and dispelling some common myths about stroke. She will also share the latest advances on treating ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes.

Session B: Getting Straight to the Heart

Gonzalo Loveday, MD, Medical Director of Mount Sinai Heart New York at Jupiter Medical Center, will lead the group in a lively discussion on women’s hearth health. Lean the signs and symptoms of a heart attack, and easy steps towards a heart-healthy life.

2:00 - 3:00 pm Managing Stress Through Mindfulness or Your Best Self - Exploring Cosmetic Trends

Session A: Managing Stress Through Mindfulness

Stress contributes to many of our medical issues and challenges in life. Join us to find a better, more comprehensive way to
overcome stress. Led by Jupiter Medical Center’s certified MBSR instructors, the session will include an informative discussion, as well as experiential exercises (guided meditation and gentle yoga).

Session B: Your Best Self - Exploring Cosmetic Trends

Join two of the region’s top cosmetic surgeons, Dr. David Lickstein and Dr. David Rankin, for a candid conversation and questions
from the audience to learn more about current cosmetic trends.
