Advancing Neurological Care
Through Expertise and Innovation
Jupiter Medical Center has become a regional leader in advanced stroke and neurological care.
From the earliest sign of symptoms, our multidisciplinary team delivers rapid, evidence-based treatment supported by leading-edge imaging, neurointerventional technology, and a comprehensive care pathway designed to improve recovery and minimize long-term effects. Our commitment to excellence in care continues well beyond the acute phase with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as exercise specialists, offering tailored rehabilitation programs to help stroke survivors regain strength, confidence, and quality of life.
The Power of Philanthropy
Philanthropy has been a driving force behind the growth of our neurology program. A transformational $5 million gift from an anonymous donor allowed us to establish our Stroke Program, which launched in January 2019 and now delivers 24/7 care for ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. This generosity enabled the acquisition of 3-D neurointerventional biplane angiography, technology that enhances precision in diagnosing neurological abnormalities and supports minimally invasive procedures that can repair life-threatening conditions in real time.
Donor support continues to strengthen our program, empowering Jupiter Medical Center to expand access, invest in breakthrough technologies, and advance the high-quality neurological care our community deserves.

Opportunities to Support Growth
Jupiter Medical Center cares for more than 1,100 stroke patients each year, and the demand for expert, timely neurological care continues to grow. To meet these needs, Jupiter Medical Center is committed to expanding its neurosciences services. Key priorities for philanthropic investment include:
Expanding Neurosciences Services
We are expanding our neurosciences services to meet the evolving needs of our community. This includes expanding treatment dedicated to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy and neuromuscular disorders, as well as other vascular diseases of the central nervous system. By bringing these comprehensive services together, we are increasing access to outpatient care and enhancing patient outcomes—supporting every stage of care, from diagnosis and treatment to prevention, rehabilitation, and education.
Strengthening the Neurosciences Team
We are enhancing our neurology team by recruiting neurologists, neurohospitalists, and neurointensivists with fellowship training or specialized expertise in neurological diseases, intensive care, rehabilitation, recovery, and caregiver support. Additionally, ongoing training and education will be provided for all members of the care team, helping them remain at the forefront of rapidly advancing neurological research and treatment practices.
Enhancing Diagnostic and Treatment Technologies
Access to the most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies is essential for delivering accurate evaluations and effective interventions. Philanthropic support will allow Jupiter Medical Center to invest in state-of-the-art imaging, monitoring, and therapeutic technologies that elevate clinical capabilities and optimize patient outcomes.
