Marathon Participants, Volunteers Shine at Jupiter Medical Center Celebration

JUPITER, Fla. (January 30, 2020) – Jupiter Medical Center Foundation celebrated its volunteers, medical staff and training team members who participated in the recent FITTEAM Palm Beaches Marathon in West Palm Beach. The private event was held at the exclusive 1000 NORTH waterfront restaurant in Jupiter on January 15.

The Foundation’s training team included full and half-marathon, 10K and 5K runners, as well as relay teams who raised more than $5,700 for Jupiter Medical Center. Liv Vesely, president of Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, was one of the participants. “We had such a wonderful group who trained together for several months leading up to the race, so this celebration is well deserved. As a competitive runner myself, I know completing a marathon is hard work and very fulfilling! I am proud of our runners, walkers, volunteers and spectators who came out to support Jupiter Medical Center,” said Vesely.
